Scope of this policy

This is a simple personal homepage. There's no account system, no contact form, no e-commerce, no comment section, and no analytics or advertising trackers running on it. What follows covers the small amount of data handling that does happen.

What data is processed, and why

Server logs. Whichever host serves this page (e.g. GitHub Pages, Netlify, or similar) may automatically log basic technical data like IP address, browser type, and request time — standard web server behaviour, not something this site configures itself. Check your hosting provider's own privacy policy for details on this.
Google Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts' servers, which can involve your IP address being visible to Google as part of that request.
Outbound links. The Spotify, YouTube and Instagram icons link out to those platforms in a new tab. No data is exchanged with them from this page itself — but once you click through, their own privacy policies and cookie practices apply, not this one.
Cookie-banner choice. If you accept or decline the cookie notice, that single yes/no choice is saved in your browser's local storage on this device. It is not transmitted anywhere and is not used for tracking.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The only thing stored is the local, on-device cookie-banner preference described above, which exists solely to avoid showing you the banner again.

Legal basis (GDPR)

Where EU/EEA data protection law applies, the legal basis for the minimal processing above is legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — running a basic, functional website — and, for the cookie-banner preference, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Your rights

You can clear your browser's local storage at any time to remove the stored cookie preference. If you're in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
